    Interview Prep

    • Both easy to consume online curriculum of the interview process and courses to practice and train yourself before getting in front of recruiters and hiring managers

    • 1:1 coaching sessions with career experts including mock interviews and real-life situations to prepare you for game day with hiring companies – including writing your own intro letter from the perspective of a recruiter to learn how to sell yourself!

    • Practice sessions for interview processes that include Mock Cold Calls, Mock Cold Emails, and Practicing Sales Presentations

    Foundational Job Skill Training

    • Prospecting Foundations: How to research an account and a prospect

    • How to use basic systems including Salesforce, Zoom, Outlook, Outreach, Salesloft, and other common tools used in sales roles

    • How to qualify an account: MEDDIC Foundational Course

    • Building Operational Excellence: Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly habits of successful sales people

  • Pre-Interview Training | Shift Group | Technology Sales

    Behavioral Assessment

    • A self-assessment tool is leveraged at the end of the pre-interview training process to help unlock career potential by creating awareness around the candidate preferred behavioral style

    • This performance predictor model is used to familiarize an individual with the behaviors required for a role and align to a personal development plan

    • Partnering closely with Game Change the performance model for sales captures the distinctive mindset of high performing individuals in this role

    • Key behaviors include leadership, forthrightness, self-confidence and self-expression, presence, competitiveness, assertion, negotiation, stamina, determination, and career focus among several others
